Great insurance and customer service

Embrace is very easy insurance to buy and to use. If you have a pure-bred dog, there's absolutely no reason NOT to choose embrace since it's the only company willing to cover breed-specific conditions. So far, we've had a couple of claims and the submission/approval process is very clear and efficient and service is great! We are very happy customers.

Embrace is Great!

I spent a LONG time deciding which pet insurance company to choose for my bernese mtn dog. I read about Embrace and couldn't refuse. Unfortunately, my dog did end up needing a TTA knee surgery a year after I bought the insurance. Needless to say Embrace was GREAT! They completely lived up to expectations. Embrace made the claims and precertification process very easy. They also were very kind, always asking how my dog was doing. I highly recommend Embrace.

Best experience in the worse time

We have had Embrace for about a month. A couple weeks ago I woke up to find our dog unable to stand up. It was a very horrifying experience. Two weeks later our had has had to have a bilateral FHO. So far everyone has been amazing. They have kept me calm and collected. If it werent for Embrace this experience would have ranked with the worse in my life.

Changed my view on pet insurance

I used to have a pet insurance, which was nothing but disapoointment. It took 8 years for me to try a pet insurance a chnace. I researched for hours so that I would not throw my money away. What sold me was the fact that I got answers to my questions after hours right away. I used the insurance in October but I did not expect much as all insurance companies are so good at coming up with an excuse not to pay. I was positively surprised when I got an e-mail. They actually paid!!! Even before this experience, I had recommended Embrase to friends because of the good custimer service. But now I have the proof that goes with my recommendation!

Don

I read the Embrace coverage policy top to bottom and I was really disappointed. The illness coverage covers one thing only: " a congenital and genetic condition." As a owner of a mix breed dog I just am not all that worried about genetic conditions that pure bred dogs are known for. What I AM worried about is illnesses like Kennel Cough or Lyme Disease if my dogs vaccination is unsuccessful for some reason. What about these? Not all that impressed with Embrace. I was going to buy it because of all of the good reviews it got and the discount my work offers, but the illness policy just doesn't cover anything I need it to.
