Awesome Service with every claim!
I have 6 pets currently Embraced. This year, my 1yo was diagnosed with hip dysplasia and required a total hip replacement. Embrace was with us every step of the way, from the pre-certification (not required) to the initial surgery to the post surgical check-ups, and then when he was diagnosed with a lick granuloma after that! (Still working on healing from that.) Each claim was acknowledged, and processed quickly, and my reimbursements deposited to a speedy manner. With the last claim, there was a questionable covered charge that was initially coded as a wellness cost, but when I asked them to look into it they did so quickly and and covered it as it should have been with no issues. They are always very helpful and I recommend Embrace to everyone! Fabulous folks!
