A Lifesaver! Literally!
My 7 month old Golden has a penchant for stuffed animals (or stuffing-less might I add). I fancy myself a good pet parent, but we all know there are always going to be accidents. Embrace covered our claim without ANY questions, problems or loopholes! This past year has been tough on my husband and I financially, and emotionally. We have lost a lot in a few short months. Some of the things we lost were due to people not doing what they were supposed to be doing (our house flooded {with 4 feet of water} due to a negligent developer of a new development behind our house...we lost more than insurance would cover and the developer is bankrupt!). My point is...Embrace has not only held up to their end of our agreement, but they CONSTANTLY check in with us to make sure they are doing what they are supposed to be doing...their e-mails feel personal, not templates with your name on it! You have NO IDEA how nice it is to be able to count on PERFECT STRANGERS...especially when we have been so disappointed by so much lately. I have, and will continue to spread the word to EVERY pet owner I meet!
