WE LOVE EMBRACE!

Choosing to get pet insurance was smart because we have a dog that has a weak immune system and ends up at the vet prety frequently. She is only 16 months but has had many health issues which could cause a financial dilemma for us. That stress has been alleviated because Embrace has covered every little accident and illness we have had after our deductable. I can not even put into words how phenomenal the service is. I never make times to write reviews; however, I felt compelled to discuss my feelings on Embrace. If you need pet insurance please stop looking. I did so much research about Embrace, I spoke to everyone I know with pet insurance and I am the only one with no complaints!! The best part is you get an email within 24 hours discussing your claim and they get back to you as soon as possible with the money due back to you after that. Now I get the money direct deposited in my account as well!

Personnel is very easy to work with.

It would be better to have two separate claim forms for Wellness and Illness. I submitted claims for both Wellness and Illness on a single form for one of our dogs and it was confusing to the claims adjustor who handled it. It took 3 phone calls to get it corrected. I got my claims handled properly by the end and the personnel I dealt with were very friendly and helpful, but for future claims I am going to use a separate for for each category.

Very satisfied

My almost 5-yr-old dog was diagnosed with lymphoma (cancer), and I am very satisfied and thankful that we have Embrace Pet Insurance for accident and illness and prescription coverage. I was relieved that we were able to transfer our dog's care to an oncologist of our choosing, and that Embrace covered the cost of veterinary care according to our policy. Once a claim has been submitted, I receive an email within one day of submission stating that Embrace has received the claim. Claims are processed within 1-2 weeks of submission. I really appreciate the wonderful customer service and professionalism that I've received from the Embrace staff! I am so glad that we signed on with Embrace to help us get the best care for our dog, and I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so!

Great coverage

Have had Embrace since 2006 & have never needed it until this past Aug when my 10.5 BC Keegan suddenly came up lame on his back right. Took him in & they thought psoas strain, followed their instructions & was better. Vet ok'd him for more activity & immed came up lame. To confirm it was a psoas injury went to one of the few vets in the country that diagnose it by ultrasound. Diagnosis severe moderate tears at insertion & orgin.Approved & paid that & the follow up ultrasounds every 4 weeks plus all my rehab visits with my local rehab vet, the exam fees, chiro, acupunture, treadmill sessions, etc. from Sept-Jan. Unfortunately during this we found a mass during the Jan ultrasound on that same back right near his femoral artery & it's B-cell lymphoma. Fortunatley, Embrace has been wonderful, they paying 80% of the $1700+ from all the ultrasounds, xrays, bloodwork & other tests. Starting chemo on Tues & am confident Embrace will be there to help with that too. Devastating news but so happy that thanks to Embrace I can afford to give him the best possible care. Cancer diagnosis & treatment is not cheap.
