The best out there

I have had nothing but good experiences with Embrace from the beginning. They have been helpful on the phone and quick to pay claims.

Best Pet Insurance Available

We have two Saint Bernard puppies. I knew from owning a Saint Bernard previously that the medical bills can add up quickly due to their size. The larger the dog, the larger the medical expense. These pups are almost 6 months old and both have had to have surgery for cherry eye. One of the pups spent a night at the emergency vet due to an allergic reation. We chose Embrace because they pay based on the amount the vet actually charges, not an "approved amount". The customer service has been excellent and we normally have a reimbursement check with in two weeks. I have recommended Embrace to many people from friends to people in the waiting room at the vet office.

Amazing so far

Just purchased coverage, then two weeks later spent $550.00 getting my 10 month old spayed, microchipped and heart worm check with 6 month RX. Put in the claim and every time I received an e-mail from them I expected it to tell me what information I was missing, expecting them to tell me that I did not quite yet qualify for the wellness etc. I kept holding my breath, thinking that I was going to find out that this Insurance thing was stupid. Instead, I did keep getting e-mails, but only to tell me that they had received the claim and that all was being processed. Today I got an e-mail saying that the check, for the full amount of allotted refund of $400.00 was in the mail.. I am amazed. So far I am 100% pleased.

We have had a satisfactory experience with our fim

Our 8 year old Australian Terrier suffered a torn Anterior Cruciate Ligament which our regular vet suggested that we should take the dog to an orthopedic specialist. Dr Sams is the only Board certified orthopod in our area. Although this probably cost more, the surgery went well and so far the recovery is progressing smoothly. Embrace Pet Insurance asked us to supply comprehensive documentation which the 2 vets were happy to provide. Once Embrace received this information our claim was handled promptly and entirely to our satisfaction.

Embrace is Great!

My german sheppard Nala has had a pretty tough go around. I have been an embrace policy holder since 2009 and in that time I have had 3 major surgeries for my Nala. She had bad elbow both covered by embrace and most recently a TTA surgery on her knee. Embrace made the process so easy. I submitted a pre-cert on 07/11/2011, surgery was performed on 07/28/2011 and my reimbursement check was issued on 08/01/2011. This speaks for itself. They are fast with processing and helpful throughout. I am very grateful for having embrace as my pet insurance company. Nala is doing great and thankfully because I have embrace I am not struggling to cover the cost of treatment, instead I am able to focus on her recovery. :) Thank you Embrace. Kim
