They Truly Care About Their Customers and The Pets
We have had major claims on two of our dogs while being an Embrace customer (fortunately not in the same year!). They have been very helpful in assisting us with the claim process and have been very quick in sending the reimbursment. Not only have they been supportive, they have followed up with us concerning how our dogs were doing while they recovered! They've made us feel like our dogs were important to them and not just a "number" in their files. We have recommended Embrace to many of our dog friends!
