My claim was responded to in a timely way. Embrace makes an attempt to stay connected with their clients.
We did have a problem with the vet having filled in the orthopedic exam form incorrectly, and Embrace did try to rectify the problem. I just wish they had tried to make telephone contact immediately rather than going back and forth with faxes. Now, we are still waiting for the vet to return from vacation. Next time there is a glitch, I would appreciate a telephone call to the vet and to me in order to get the problem resolved in a timely way. It has been 2 months...and, we are still waiting for a resolution.
