Attention to Customer Satisfaction is Superb
I signed up for Embrace when I got my dog 3 years ago. He's a rescue who was 6 at the time. I knew that he might have some health issues down the road so I immediately got a policy. Since then, he's had 2 total ACL replacements and a couple of minor illnesses and I never had a single issue with my claims. Not only were they reimbursed quickly, someone always followed up by email to make sure I received the check. I have recommended Embrace to my dog owner friends and they are equally satisfied. What a fabulously well run company!
