Embrace has the best service, they get back to you quickly when they receive your claims, keep you posted on what is happening and explain everything to you when you have questions in a quick and friendly manner. I used another pet insurance before so I can compare the two and I have been so impressed with the staff of Embrace. I always get a quick response to my emails. Fast and friendly service.

This is my 3rd year with Embrace Insurance. It has saved me hundreds of dollars in medical expenses over the 3 years that I've owned my Standard Poodle. The staff is responsive, payments are typically made quickly (although, there is some fluctuation), and all in all, I am very satisfied with the coverage. I always recommend that new pet owners call Embrace!

We have been with Embrace Pet Insurance for about 8 months now, and it has given me major peace of mind in terms of our numerous vet appointments with our puppy! We have spent quite a pretty penny at the vet this last year, and have been reimbursed for 80% of every dollar that we've spent, no questions asked, no long drawn out phone calls, no haggling, simply a check in the bank. Phone calls to their customer service workers have always been very pleasant. Lindsey usually answers my calls, and always stays on the line as long as I need. Never have I felt rushed. Compared to other plans, where reimbursement amounts vary based on the procedure, Embrace has completely exceeded my expectations, staying true to the rates/reimbursement amounts in my contract from day 1. I recommend Embrace to all of my friends/family, and wish I had added my other dog when he was younger! So far, finding an insurance plan for an older dog with many pre-existing conditions hasn't worked out. But for our young dog, boy am I thankful!

I signed up for Embrace when I got my dog 3 years ago. He's a rescue who was 6 at the time. I knew that he might have some health issues down the road so I immediately got a policy. Since then, he's had 2 total ACL replacements and a couple of minor illnesses and I never had a single issue with my claims. Not only were they reimbursed quickly, someone always followed up by email to make sure I received the check. I have recommended Embrace to my dog owner friends and they are equally satisfied. What a fabulously well run company!

Communication is excellent. No questions or misunderstandings because they make the policies clear cut. I have 2 dogs with Embrace for many years and I am very satisfied. I would not change a thing. I love the fact that Embrace understands how important well visits (checkups and shots)are and they make provisions for that.
