OUR PUPPY HAD ALL IT'S SHOTS OVER THE PAST FEW MONTHS. WE ARE DOING EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO KEEP HER HEALTHY AND WITH OUR FAMILY FOR A VERY LONG TIME. NEXT IS A MICRO CHIP AND FIXED.EMBRACE HELPS US TO DO THIS. THE REIMBURSEMENT PAPERWORK IS VERY EASY AND CHECKS ARE PROCESSED FAST. I'VE TOLD SO MANY PET OWNERS ABOUT EMBRACE.

We recently submitted a wellness claim (prescription dog food and meds) and a dental rewards claim (prophylaxis) for our 6-year-old Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever.We inadvertently submitted both claims on a single claim form. Not to worry. The folks at Embrace quickly split out the two claims and we received checks for both soon thereafter. Couldn't ask for a more professional staff. Thanks, Embrace!

They have always paid each claim.. The only part I don't like is having the vet certify each one.. That gets old.. But Embrace is always willing to help with the process.

When we purchased Annie, a Golden Retriever puppy about 3 years ago, we decided to take out insurance as well since Goldens were infamous for hip displacia. We weren't even sure we could get insurance for displacia but Embrace specifically provided coverage. Since then we've had a number of claims including a torn ACL requiring surgery which Embrace has very satisfactorily covered without question. Their responders have been wonderful, friendly, helpful and solicitous of Annie's condition when she was going through surgery and recovery. We have recommended Embrace to everyone who would listen including the surgeon who operated on Annie's torn ACL (he didn't have any Embrace brochures in his waiting room - now he does.)
