Very Impressive

I did a lot of research when looking for Pet Insurance coverage. I am very happy that I chose Embrace. They are very efficient, friendly to deal with, quick to respond and are very knowledgeable. I have recommended Embrace to 2 of my co-workers who joined Embrace and are as happy as I am. We talk at work about how quick and helpful they are. Thanks ! Keep up the good work!!

one big drawback

While this company has many excellent qualities there is one big drawback. They claim all vets accepted. What they do not mention is.... the vet must fill out paperwork EVERYTIME you submit a claim. The office I go to does not file insurance ( or do any paperwork) after a very long phone call to embrace plus sending in doctors notes I still do not know if they are going to pay my claim for an illness it has been 2 weeks. Embrace is willing to pay for the WELLNESS PORTION VERY QUICKLY but considering that is money they are just holding for me I am not too impressed. Until I find out if this illness claim will be paid I would not recommend this company.

Burn your money before spending it with Embrace!

Embrace insurance is an absolute waste of money, you would be better off spending your money on anything than giving it to them. They seem to find a way to SCREW you nearly every time you file a claim. I will give some specific instances for you..... -I was told that because my dog had been taken to the vet in the past with one of his symptoms at the time being vomiting.....This was considered a pre-existing condition. If you have puked in the last year from food poison or the flu-would you consider that pre-existing? -After calling and speaking to one of the reps on the phone about rehab for my dog, I was told under the terms of my policy that this should be covered. So I went and got him the treatment and then it was denied payment because in his chart it mentions that we had spoken about keeping his weight down as he got older so his legs would be better (he's got bad front legs) It never said he was overweight, as I have copies of the records. -When I moved from one apt to another, my premium was raised due to higher costs of treatment at my new place, but........I MOVED 5 BLOCKS AWAY & IN THE SAME EXACT ZIP CODE! WITH THE SAME VET AS WELL! -I was told that my claims were not covered because I submitted them past 60 days since the visits. However, in the terms of my policy it clearly says that for any charges under $50 you can submit those claims with a larger claim or at the end of the policy year. -Also, their response time is horrible. I've even be

Glad we selected Embrace

We have never had pet insurance and after researching various companies selected Embrace - we're glad we did. The service has been fast, fair and the customer service agents are friendly and helpful. We have an Irish Setter puppy that insists on getting into everything and we have been thrilled with the response to the various claims we have submitted. We would definitely recommend Embrace

Couln't be happier with Embrace

I did a lot of research on insurance for my active young dog and am I ever glad I went with Embrace! Not only were they flexible and helpful in getting me a lower premium after I signed up with them (but keeping good coverage on my pup at the same time) when my circumstances changed (became unemployed), but they are also organized and thorough every step of the way. Their claims team is efficient, fast and totally on top of things *and* they keep me informed on every claim I file. And on top of that, they're always incredibly understanding, friendly and thoughtful!
