This particular claim was processed very quickly; direct deposit made things even faster - just days.
My other claim is still pending and was submitted the same day - I haven't received any further communications about this other claim since...
I would have liked more detailed explanation on both claims viewable online because if additional information is needed by the Vet then I can make a call to push things along. VIP Pet Insurance handle this process much better and that was many years ago when technology wasn't at all what it is now.
Theresa I'm halve satisfied with the process so fare. I cant recommend Embrace yet as your 1 for 1 on claim processing and communication.
