Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I purchased the policy because in the past, I have endured having to lose a beloved pet due to lack of funds for an expensive treatment. When I rescued Scooby I decided to give this a try. I researched and decided on Embrace because of the favorable reviews. Along with major medical, I purchased a wellness rider and I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with the service, the courteousness of the representatives and the efficiency of the entire process. Payment was promptly and accurately rendered. Follow-up was also prompt and greatly appreciated. I will definitely recommend Embrace and in fact, have already informed my vet that I was extremely pleased and would they recommend Embrace to their clients. Thank you!

I switched from another pet insurance which sold out several times. Although they seemed "functional" they never provided the personable service I have received to date. The claims are handled very quickly and the e-mail conversations are wonderful. Very detailed and again, personable. They really seem to care how both you and your pet are doing. I love them, so does Pearl and Shiner, they say "thanks".

Our rottie was diagnosed with severe hip dyslasia before his first birthday earlier this year. He had his first surgery in May and the second one just last week. I just had my first experience with submitting a claim to Embrace; It was very painless and smooth.The claim form is as simple as it can be; They kept in touch throughout the process and kept me informed of what was going on (and were very nice); When they processed the claim, I got an email detailing exactly what they will reimburse and why, so I knew even before I got the check in the mail.

We have had embrace for almost a year and within this year our puppy has gotten sick and even been hospitalized for ingesting a toxin. Embrace has been prompt with every single claim and keeps us informed and never hesitates to answer our questions. Human health insurance companies could truly learn something from Embrace.
