Great Insurance Carrier
My husband and I had our doubts about Embrace, as we did with any other insurance carrier and the insurance industry in general. However, Embrace came through on our claim and made everything so easy! Our 4 1/2 year old Boston Terrier had to have surgery for her brachycephalic-related issues. Our claim form was faxed in and within the next few days we received an email acknowledging receipt and that our claim would be processed within approximately 20 days. We received another email just to let us know the claim was still in queue, and then a final email within the 20 days saying it was processed and that a refund check was already on its way.
Coverage aside, the customer service at Embrace is wonderful. Prompt, friendly responses and updates. It's like Amazon or Zappos, but for pets :)
We love Embrace and have our other Boston covered under them.
