Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

We submitted Wellness Claims for our 16 week old puppy and received full payment within 10 days. So Far So Good - Makes me glad I chose Embrace after looking at all the different pet insurance policies available.

Purchased Embrace have had nothing but problems. Denied a claim a 1 1/2 yrs after purchasing insurance stating that it is a pre existing condition for a brused spine and ruptured disc.

We took our Great Dane in for her yearly check-up. She had shots and exam, which was covered under the wellness plan. The vet filled out the form and we sent it right off. We received an email saying the claim was being processed and within few days from that we had received a check. You can't ask for it to be much easier than that.

I never knew that pet insurance existed until I got my dog. I am so glad that I got it because he's had a few issues. Embrace has been nothing but helpful, kind, speedy with reimbursements and just a pleasure overall to deal with. I've told everyone I know with a pet that if they don't have insurance, they need to contact Embrace!

When I first purchased insurance all paperwork was emailed to me. I couldn't open documents and when I called to ask if they can send to another email, it was done within 5 minutes. No wait time when I call, I speak to a representative right away. I had my dog neutered on March 7, 2014. I faxed claim form to Embrace on March 10th. Received a check for $$400 for my wellness claim within 2.5 weeks. I had 60 days free pet insurance from the AKC. We actually had to use it as my dog ate my husbands eyeglasses and had to rush him to hospital. I sent my claim in the beginning of February. Still have not received a check. Go Glad I did not go with them. Would recommend Embrace. Thank you!!
