Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

We've had Embrace for about a year now and I am still extremely happy with our choice in pet insurance. We recently submitted a claim and they processed everything (including getting a reimbursement check in the mail) in no time at all. I highly recommend Embrace if you are looking for insurance for your pet.

Every time I have called, I have receive EXCELLENT customer service! They are always friendly, helpful and take the time to answer all of my questions. The claims are handled extremely fast! We unfortunately had to return our adopted dog due to aggression towards our youngest , but we WILL be returning once we adopt our next animal. LOVE embrace and will tell all our animal loving friends to sign up too!

We've had Embrace for about a year now, and I'm very happy we've chosen this company. We haven't had any *major* claims yet (thank goodness) but for the ones we've had, we've received reimbursement very quickly. Customer service is really great. And it's great knowing that our girls are insured in case anything would happen. I have recommended Embrace to several friends.

Both of my dogs (A semi-retired Service Dog and a Service Dog In Training) have Embrace insurance. It is so nice to know that Embrace has my back. When my Service Dog started showing signs of having vision issues it was nice to know that he could see his vet and see a dog Ophthalmologist without breaking the bank. Turns out my now semi-retired SD had high eye pressure and three very small cataracts (all in the same eye). With purchasing my new puppy to start training the first thing I did was to purchase insurance for the puppy. With the wellness program I know that my puppy will receive all of her shots, be spayed when it is time and have regular checkups, plus much more. I love it.

Embrace is terrific. We had our first major claim and they handled it professionally and expeditiously. They kept us informed every step of the way, and was our intermediary whenever necessary. It was a painless process!
