Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Embrace is the best insurance on the market. Friendly, great website, great turn around time, they are on top of their game and I am 100% pleased and satisfied that I elected to have coverage with Embrace for both my furry babies - (dog & cat). And I promote Embrace at every opportunity....a tip to the Embrace marketing people - you should really have a name presence at Angel Animal Medical Ctr. in Boston, MA - I know that VPI promotes themselves their all the time. VPI gives pet insurance a bad name. I have had coverage in previous years with the following: VPI - absolutely THE worst - slow pay, coverage is horrible when it comes to the claim, it always and issue...I had the best policy you could buy including the cancer rider - 24Petwatch is horrible! same issues poor turn around time, always an issue when it came to paying claims I had the best policy you could buy including the cancer rider Pets Best - not really - they are just ok - and payment time is terrible - I had the best policy you could buy including the cancer rider, there were still issues when it came to claims

Throughout his bouts of illness and finally, his passing,my dog Louie and I received care and compassion from Embrace in the form of e-mails and even a phone call to see how he was doing! Prompt payment of claims is terrific, too. Thank you Embrace for making a difficult process more bearable.

The turn-around time is a little long (8 weeks) but I received an email explaining the delay and appreciated that Embrace stays in touch. They are always courteous and helpful--both on the phone and in print, and given the trouble that Moses continues to get himself into, I don't know what I would do without them!

Last year, thanks to your coverage, we were able to save our cocker spaniel Annie when she developed a severe form of anemia requiring transfusions as well as some pricey medications. This year we were able to get our cocker spaniel Jennie up on her paws when she ruptured a disc requiring spinal surgery. I have called your office on many occasions stressed out and in tears to be told by your rep, "don't worry....we have her covered." I can't imagine having pets and not having you! I carry your flyers with me so I always have some to give out. You are a blessing in every way.

After the challenge of attempting to manage the expense of both planned and unplanned vet bills with two other beloved dogs, when we got a new puppy last year we decided to enroll in a pet insurance plan. After much research and comparison we chose Embrace and have not our choice. The premiums are reasonable and the peace of mind is invaluable. We no longer have to postpone a vet visit and have our Bailey suffer needlessly because it is not in the budget. The plan we chose includes some routine wellness coverage. Although Bailey is currently healthy, those annual vet visits with tests and vaccines can add up. Simply download a preprinted claim form, have the vet sign it, submit and that's it. It was nice to get that $200 reimbursement check so soon after the appointment.
