Excellent coverage and customer service
My 10 month old puppy swallowed a bullystick whole and was choking and in pain. I had to take him to an emergency clinic where he could be monitored overnight. The bill came to $1500 to be paid up front. As Im in the waiting room a man was talking to the receptionist. His dog swallowed a corn cob and the required surgery was $7000. He didn’t have any pet insurance nor the funds to pay for the necessary operation. He decided to put his dog to sleep as he couldn’t afford the treatment. At that moment I knew I made the right decision to get pet insurance. And once I submitted my claim I new I made the right decision to go with Embrace!!! The claims process was very easy and they have excellent customer service! Embrace sent out emails confirming the receipt of the claim and notifications on where they were at in the claim review process. It was processed quickly and I received a check in the mail in about 10 days.
As long as I have pets I will insure them with Embrace!
