Wouldn't be without it!
We have two dogs, both of which have been covered from the moment we adopted them. We have both the insurance and wellness coverage, and I couldn't be happier.
Embrace has made everything simple... Getting started took a 5 minute phone call and a very simple form that my vet filled out. A claim form takes no time at all - I actually spend more time writing the address on the envelope than filling out the form. And after I mail in my form within a few days I get an email with a status of the claim.
I can check my status online without needing to remember a password. I get emailed updates when the status changes, and every representative I have ever dealt with was very friendly and helpful.
My wellness refunds have been quite fast - within a week or two of filing a claim. The claims for injuries have taken a bit longer, but they do contact me to let me know that it is still processing.
It's really nice to have the peace of mind that the insurance offers. I know that I can take my pet to the vet if needed and don't have to stress about money - which is the last thing you should have to worry about when you are talking about the welfare of your best friend.
