Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I've heard a lot of good things about Embrace and it was recommended by my Newfoundland breeder who is a veterinarian. I love that Embrace does a medical review and lets you know up front what they consider to be preexisting condition(s) - there are no surprises. I'm also happy to learn about their Precertification policy. Happy with Embrace and I recommend them to everyone. I just wish they could provide illness coverage for my eight year old Newf, but he does have accident and Wellness coverage with Embrace - happy about that! I would rate them a 10 if they would insure my older Newf. Happy with recent claim for our 18 month old Newf Poppy - handled quickly!

I had never bought health insurance for any of my dogs but decided it might be a wise choice when I brought home an 8 week old Great Dane puppy. He is now 10 months old and we've been to the vet more times than I can count! I've submitted all of my claims via FAX and it has been super easy and convenient. When I submitted the last two claims I reached my deductible and Embrace reimbursed me within a week! I have recommended Embrace to other Dane owners looking for reasonable prices, and good coverage.

I have never had pet insurance. I got a new Frenchie from an extremely reputable breeder in Canada and she was already signed up for a "free trial" with Embrace for 2 months. Never in a million years did I expect she would acquire an autoimmune disease. This was her diagnosis after thousands of dollars of exhausting testing. I had a very sick little puppy. The GOOD news is Embrace paid me 5 thousand dollars (yearly max under the trial plan) NO QUESTIONS, QUICK AND EASY. The BEST news is she is now recovering. Needless to say I am signed up with Embrace for all my dogs forever!

We have changed our plan guidelines a bit here and there (when she was a puppy we had it a bit higher due to more frequent vet visits), but I'm so glad I have it. 1. Direct Deposit 4. quick service I've NEVER had a problem with embrace and recommend it to everyone I know!

I cancelled with that insurance and started the elusive search again. This time I found Embrace. From the very beginning the customer service was astounding. I adopted sprinkles from a shelter and along with insurance for major illnesses I was seeking wellness insurance. She has skin problems and I was concerned about her scratching. Thanks to embrace wellness insurance I am able to get her nails clipped monthly and get reimbursed for this wellness service without any hassles. She still scratches from time to time but I feel better knowing that her claws are being maintained so she doesn't hurt herself.
