Great Dane- ACL Surgery

Embrace is amazing! They were fast and friendly when my great dane tore his ACL and had to have surgery. His surgery was hard but Embrace tried to help in any way possible.

Happy we have Embrace Insurance

We are very happy we chose Embrace Insurance. We have a puppy (7 months) and have had a few puppy problems that have added up. They are quick to respond when you fax them your vet bills-and send you an e-mail when the claim is in process. They also send you an e-mail, as to what was covered and send the check out quickly. Their customer service on the phone is very professional and helpful. I also purchased the wellness care and was glad I did. We are very happy with Embrace and would highly recommend!!! You never know what will happen and you want to be prepared-especially when it comes to your pet!!

Embrace Responds Immediately

I recently enrolled all 3 of our dogs with Embrace. After my former dog insurance company was acquired, I experienced a decline in service. I researched other pet insurance providers and learned about Embrace on the web site http://www.petinsurancereview.com/dog.asp. I liked their combination of wellness with illness and accident coverage. I am pleased that real people get on the phone when I call and give me clear answers to my questions -- altho I wish they wouldn't call themselves "embracers"-- but that is a style over substance issue. Embrace's web site is up to date on tracking all claims which also makes things very customer-friendly. Bottom line-- Embrace does exactly what it says it is going to do and responds immediately to submitted claims.
