Great Pet Insurance
My dog used to have the other big pet insurance. I let it lapse by accident, so needed to shop around for a new insurance. I'm so glad I switched. Embrace has been great. They are usually quick to pay claims. My 11 year old had to have a mass in her liver removed. It was thankfully non-cancerous, but we wouldn't have known unless we biopsied it. They did take a while (about 7-8 weeks) to pay this large claim of $3033 (20% of the total). However, I felt that the customer service reps tried to keep contact with me throughout. Whenever I contact Customer service, via email or phone, they are very friendly and seem genuine in wanting to help me.
