Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

This is my first experience as an adult pet owner (I had pets when I was a kid, but no responsibilities). I researched reviews for several pet insurance companies and Embrace seemed to have the most favorable, so I went with them. I've had them for about 4 months now and have submitted one Wellness claim, for my puppy's neutering and microchip. The process was quick and painless, and I got my check in what seemed to be a blink of an eye. Terrific customer service...I got quick responses any time I had an inquiry. The only thing I wish they had was an interactive website showing my account and activity. I think if Embrace had that, it would be a 10, no doubt. Thank you Embrace! Hopefully I won't need to use you very often, but the peace of mind I receive is worth it!

Embrace Dental insurance is great. It covered everything it said it would, which is exactly what i want in pet insurance. If you are looking for honest and great coverage as well as extremely helpful service, look no further than Embrace. And what i really like is that if i call after hours i can leave a message and they will get right back to me the next morning. I am extremely happy with Embrace.

I love the ease of turning in the Wellness Claims and the turn around is quick. It's nice to have an Insurance company that is so helpful and the followup emails are nice too. Thanx!!! I just submitted a claim for the Wellness Rewards refund and had an awesome experience. I received a confirmation email that they received my information within 24 hours and received the refund within 10 days. Great customer service!

My darling 10 month Yorkie became ill suffering from severe vomiting and dehydration. The vet did his part and Embrace came through with no problems handling the claim promptly. I really apprecitated being kept apprised of the claim status with e-mail updates from the Claims Department. When I bought the insurance I was not sure it would be worth it or if the claims would be denied-but I had nothing to worry about. My mind is at ease should I need to use this insurance again (I hope not).
