I've been using Embrace for about a decade. They've always been prompt in paying claims, and I don't feel like they're looking for every opportunity to avoid paying. Claim submission has gotten easier and easier over the years. I haven't needed support a lot, but they've been great when I have--giving me extra data about ultilization, or more recently, running multiple scenarios with me to look for the right cost/coverage fit. They were patient and seemed to genuinely want to make sure I got the best option for my situation, not just the one that made Embrace the most money.
