Try It, You'll Like It
This was our first claim in the almost two years we have had our four dogs insured. I left another company because I was tired of large fee increases yearly when I had never even made a claim. This being a first claim it did take longer as additional information was required. Frankly there were several things that went wrong HOWEVER in spite of it my claim was still settled in four weeks. AND - if that weren't enough - when an invoice was misplaced and I opted not to bother sending them a copy again since it wasn't for a large amount (and I told them not to worry about it) they decided to contact my vet on their own. They got a copy Faxed to them and I got an email saying they had done so and it would be included in my reimbursement. Each person I spoke to knocked themself out to be helpful. I called my vet and asked if they would contact the Embrace rep in the area and carry their information in the waiting room. No one should be without pet insurance these days and Embrace is the best I've found!
