Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I submitted the first claim of my policy year for my boxer Sledge, for two unrelated conditions. One was the excision of an infected interdigital cyst on his left front paw. It required anesthesia and was a big chunk of money to come up with! I had to borrow some funds from money I had set aside for my son's wedding which is this summer. After meeting the annual deductible, I am thrilled to be able to recover some of the cost from this policy. Embrace staff was great about communicating the status of the claim, with no inquiries from me. I chose the policy because I could customize it for my needs. I work in the "human" insurance industry, so I am pretty picky about this stuff. Thank you, Embrace!

My Golden Retriever developed pyometra. It ended up being a very expensive diagnosis and surgery. Although it took a month for them to process my claim due to trainee's in their claims department, I am very pleased that Embrace payed exactly as they outline in their benefits. I would definitely recommend Embrace to other dog owners.

I never thought that I would need to use my Pet Insurance when I first signed up. Both of my danes were healthy. But when I found out that one of my babies was sick Embrace came to my rescue. I have to say that I am extremely pleased with embrace pet insurance. Customer service keeps you updated from the time your claim is submitted until payment is made-usually within 15 days. I would absolutely recommend them. In fact, I have 2 dogs and had another pet insurance for 5 years. I was unhappy with my old pet insurance customer se ice and fee schedule. I was concerned about switching to a new insurance at their age. I truly have been pleased with the way Embrace has handled all our claims . My only regret is not knowing about them when I first got my dogs!
