We have had a satisfactory experience with our fim

Our 8 year old Australian Terrier suffered a torn Anterior Cruciate Ligament which our regular vet suggested that we should take the dog to an orthopedic specialist. Dr Sams is the only Board certified orthopod in our area. Although this probably cost more, the surgery went well and so far the recovery is progressing smoothly. Embrace Pet Insurance asked us to supply comprehensive documentation which the 2 vets were happy to provide. Once Embrace received this information our claim was handled promptly and entirely to our satisfaction.

Embrace is Great!

My german sheppard Nala has had a pretty tough go around. I have been an embrace policy holder since 2009 and in that time I have had 3 major surgeries for my Nala. She had bad elbow both covered by embrace and most recently a TTA surgery on her knee. Embrace made the process so easy. I submitted a pre-cert on 07/11/2011, surgery was performed on 07/28/2011 and my reimbursement check was issued on 08/01/2011. This speaks for itself. They are fast with processing and helpful throughout. I am very grateful for having embrace as my pet insurance company. Nala is doing great and thankfully because I have embrace I am not struggling to cover the cost of treatment, instead I am able to focus on her recovery. :) Thank you Embrace. Kim

Great company, great service, no "small print"

I have had Embrace Insurance for 4 years. I have 2 Kerry Blues , one senior (10 yo) and one youngster (now 3). My older dog has developed many medical problems due to ageing, and the youngster is a spitfire who is a daredevil jumping fences, out windows, you name it. They both have sustained medical and surgical injuries so often I know the vet staff like family. Embrace Ins has been wonderful, reimbursing every claim in a timely manner, communicating every transaction, and if there was ever a question it was resolved immediatley with one phone call. No "I'll get back to you later".. great staff. I will continue to use Embrace and recommend it every time at the Vet Office (which is often!)

Great Company!

I have just signed up for a second year of Embrace Pet Insurance for my two Australian Shepherds. I was impressed with the company from the very start because they agreed to cover my older Aussie (5 at the time) who had Valley Fever. They will not cover the Valley Fever, but have covered all other health issues and meds for both dogs. Reimbursement is always fast. Thank you Embrace for giving me the opportunity to give great healthcare to my dogs without worrying about the price tag.

Awesome!

Embrace Pet Insurance has been outstanding! I have received so much help, assistance and money back. The $30 I spend every month is SO worth their coverage. My dog is severely alergic to where I live, and the testing I have done with her throughout the last year has been expensive. Every time I take her to the vet, I receive an email that the claim was submitted and then shortly after, the amount of money I will get back with a thorough explanation of what was covered. I am a busy career woman, and so having everyting via email--instead of paperwork and calling--is amazing for me. I strongly recommend Embrace; in fact, I would not go elsewhere!
