Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I can't speak to other pet insurance companies' practices, as I've never used them. I can say, though, that my experience with Embrace has been really very pleasant, with fast turnaround times on claims and good communication to keep me informed of every step of the process. They've been very helpful, often asking the vet to fax add'l info to them when needed, rather than having me do it. Claims are paid at 80% after the yearly deductible, and the wait time for check-in-hand is only about 2 weeks from initial claim submission. I've had human health insurance claims that took longer! I'm a very pleased customer and would recommend Embrace to anyone.

Becoming a member if the Embrace Pet Insurance was a good idea. Claims are processed fairly and in a very timely manner. I recommend Embrace to anyone looking for a pet insurance company.

It's my first time with pet insurance and after many trips to the vet I decided to buy embrace ins. I am very pleased with the company and the claims are processed quickly. When my yellow lab was diagnosed with elbow problems,I am very glad to have some insurance to help her. I like the friendly people I get e-mails from and speak to on the phone but, So far every claim I have submitted has no been processed correctly. I really like this insurance and have chosen to stay but they need to educate their staff on how to properly read an itemized bill so they can pay the claims properly on the first submission.

We love Embrace insurance. We only wish we had it for our previous dog. Everyone has been so patient and pleasant. We received our reimbersements promptly. And it was very easy to get the coverage in the first place.
