Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

My 10 month old puppy swallowed a bullystick whole and was choking and in pain. I had to take him to an emergency clinic where he could be monitored overnight. The bill came to $1500 to be paid up front. As Im in the waiting room a man was talking to the receptionist. His dog swallowed a corn cob and the required surgery was $7000. He didn’t have any pet insurance nor the funds to pay for the necessary operation. He decided to put his dog to sleep as he couldn’t afford the treatment. At that moment I knew I made the right decision to get pet insurance. And once I submitted my claim I new I made the right decision to go with Embrace!!! The claims process was very easy and they have excellent customer service! Embrace sent out emails confirming the receipt of the claim and notifications on where they were at in the claim review process. It was processed quickly and I received a check in the mail in about 10 days. As long as I have pets I will insure them with Embrace!

I can't even begin to express how thrilled I am with Embrace. When I got my puppy a several months later he was diagonsised with Severe Bilateral Hip Dysplasia. Thankfully I made the right choice for insurance and had him covered with Embrace the day we got him. Embrace has paid for surgery, paid for RX, paid for rehab, x-rays, consultations, etc. I do not have one negative thing to say. Honestly I could not ask for a better provider. Claims are paid promptly, customer service is amazing. I could not be happier with this company. A TRUE PROVIDER of PET INSURANCE from PET LOVING PEOPLE! Embrace -- is a WIN, WIN!

Embrace has PROVEN to be an outstanding provider in everyway. We have 4 of our pups insured with Embrace, the claim processing is prompt - very prompt! Customer Service is beyond outstanding. The actual coverage is like NONE OTHER in the VERY BEST OF WAYS and SUPERIOR QUALITY is the policy! I feel assured that my pups have the very best provider in Pet Insurance and I benefit since it is ALWAYS a pleasure dealing with such compotent and knowledgeable organization. Our dog, Dayton, a combination of whatever it took to get the sweetest twenty pound woofer in the world, was T-boned three times by a big, nasty dog whose master was out to lunch. When our guy got to his feet, only three of them were working. We took him to our vet who, having taken the customary expensive X-Rays, determined that the little guy hadn't broken anything and sent us home with an anti-inflammatory. We submitted the claim (through the vet) on a Saturday. Early the following week we provided detail on the incident that the vet had not included in his report. Ten days after the claim was submitted, we were notified that a check was in the mail. I'm as impressed by the fact that Embrace trusted our account of the incident as I am with the speed of their reimbursement. It's impossible to verify the facts of such an encounter when the human and canine players have dispersed, and another company might have tried to deny our claim for lack of any supporting facts. Embrace didn't, an all-too-rare display of integrity in today's business world. I paid a bit more for this insurance because every comment I read suggested the company was in a class by itself. I second that sentiment.

This was my first claim with Embrace, but everything went very smooth and I was reimbursed within 2 weeks. I would recommend Embrace to anyone looking for pet insurance. Also, the wellness plan is totally worth the money.
