Problem Understanding Claims process
I contracted Pet Insurance last year for my Dog's leg injury . They were referred by my Veterinarian. I found the folks there to be very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding when I called for questions regarding the Policy, etc. However, after submitting my claim information from various doctors and having the doctors send additional information (as requested by Embrace), I had NO idea of what I was being paid for, what was approved or not and understanding how the actual payment was calculated AFTER my deductible. Their system is NOT easy to understand and for as much money as I spent for the care of my pet in 2011, I should at least be able to KNOW and UNDERSTAND how his Insurance Coverage is determined. I have since Canceled my Policy with them.
