Great converage, excellent communication

I have been extremely happy with my Embrace plan from the start. I have a 2 year old american shorthair cat and chose the 90% reimbursement plan. He has needed medical care twice (once for hurting his leg and once for ingesting part of a lily plant) and both times Embrace was there for us. He needed to stay in the hospital for three days when he ate the lily and the bill came to over $1500. They paid out $1200, which is exactly as it should be, given that we had a $200 deductible. All we had to do was print his form off of the website, have the doctors fill it out, and send it in. I'd absolutely recommend Embrace to anyone with a pet.

Great Service!

I have been nothing but thrilled with Embrace Pet Insurance. Both of the claims I have made were immediately processed. What a great service to have. I would have a hard time affording my dog's vet bills without them. Thank you!!

Financial relief during the worst of times!

As with people, it is inevitable that during a pet's lifetime they will encounter health issues that require necessary and expensive care. Knowing that we had the financial support from our Embrace policy enabled us to provide our beloved cat with the very best cardiac specialist care he needed. Given that we live in an expensive city, knowing that Embrace did not reimburse based on fee schedules gave us extra peace of mind that his care would be covered at actual cost. We have submitted multiple claims and each have been reviewed quickly with reimbursement checks received within 14 days... each of our claims have been handled by the same person (Sam A.), whom has been very good with communication and case status updates. We are VERY PLEASED with our Embrace experience and recommend them very highly to anyone who truly loves their pet.

No Headaches

So far every claim we have sent in (and there have been numerous claims due to my baby schnauzer's problems) has been fairly reviewed and gotten back to us quickly. Getting the claim forms online has been useful because when we have forgotten to print them we can have them printed out at the vet's office. Faxing them in is very convenient and we appreciate the prompt response in letting us know the fax is received. Well done.

Highly recommended and I now see why

I did a lot of research before purchasing my Bernese Mt. Dog. The breeder highly recommended getting pet insurance and highly recommended Embrace. She even suggested I get the puppy exam and waive the six months waiting period which I did. At eight months my Berner ate something she shouldn't have and got a blockage in her intestine. If I hadn't waived the waiting period I don't know if she would have been covered. I've owned Berners for 25 years but never got pet insurance. This is my first experience and I think this episode paid for 10 years of pet insurance. I am very pleased with Embrace's quick communication, quick reimbursement and coverage of the procedures.
