Excellent service

Embrace has been very responsive and proactively contacts me when necessary. The reps are friendly and attentive. I love their newsletter and its been very informative concerning common conditions and pet food recalls among other things.

They're still an insurance company 1st

I don't have anything to compare them to, but my experience with them is mixed. We bought a 3000 bulldog puppy (11 weeks old), and I want to protect my investment so I started looking for insurance. I took her to the Vet the day after we got her from the breeder. Told him I wanted her checked out... so he starts in with normal veterinarian insticts (let me find any possible things wrong so I can make as much money off this sucker who has that kind of money to pay for a dog). The puppy was diagonsed tailfold dermatitis because the breeder left it with a neighbor to watch since I wanted to wait for xmas to pick up puppy and he was going out of town. The neighbor didn't watch puppy to well so it had skin infection from sitting in feces and not being cleaned afterwards. During the vets exam he quickly pokes and prods at the dog and wiggles her kneecap and says something about watching her knees might have a problem at some point with her knees. I didn't think much about that cause heck at some point we are ALL going to have problems with our knees. I pay the 175.00 vet bill and my dog's skin infection heals fine. I start researching insurance companies and I pick trupanion. I signup they check her records and tell me that they will not cover ANY skin issues at all in the future. So I tell them never mind that is ridiculas. Then I call Embrace, they say as long as she doesn't have anymore tailfold dermatitis issues for 12 months long term skin issues would be cover

What Disappointment

Once a good provider -- Not anymore. Any review I may have written endorsing them is now take back. When I appeal the claim they do not even evaluate the proper leg (in writing) and completely ignore my doctors note on the bone spurs on top of hip dysplasia (covered by the policy). My little fella was covered from day one and now they are denying claims. I will submit to my state for Appeal. I ask how can the Chief Underwriter on behalf of RLI Corporation assess the wrong hips and put that in writing as her basis. YOU DECIDE -- do you want to take this chance with Embrace?

Great Company

Before I decided to get pet insurance, I did side by side comparisons of the major companies. Embrace definitely came out on top with nothing hidden. One of my dogs has three claims. All have been evaluated quickly and fairly, no hassle whatsoever. Luckily the other dog has had NO claims, but I will happily pay the premiums for the peace of mind. I have been very pleased with every aspect of Embrace and highly recommend it to family and friends.

Satisfied!

I have been reluctant to purchase insurance for my lil Pomimo, only because I was so unsure about the companies I've read about. I almost went with another company but after reading how fast and easy Embrace processes their claims. In addition to that I love the Wellness Benefit package it's a must have for only less than 13/month. I decided to give them a shot and less than 10 days my claim and been processed and I am reimbursed for $200.00. Nahla and I Thanks you Embrace!
