Very slow response time

I was very pleased with Embrace until my last 2 claims went way beyond an acceptable amount of time to review. It took over a month to hear their response and then when it was reviewed they denied my claim which I thought was not fair.

Best Pet Insurance

Our 2 year old Pomeranian had traumatic patellar luxation after his leg was caught in a closing door. Embrace covered costs related to diagnosis as well as the surgery. They were prompt and caring and provided not only excellent coverage but also excellent customer service. We chose Embrace after reviewing the customer reviews of many pet insurance companies and we were not disappointed. We are extremely pleased with our choice of Embrace!!

Tripper Hoag's accident

Tripper was injured when a golf cart ran over his right hind foot. It crushed 3 out of 4 toes as comminute fractures. His prognosis is very uncertain as yet whether he will heal properly to utilize his foot and regain full function. Treatment consists of (currently) weekly splint and bandage changes and progressive foot xrays to assess healing/mending of fractured digits. Embrace has always been there for all our past and current dogs; the representatives compassionately expeditiously handle our pet's medical veterinary needs. I have continued to be EMBRACE's biggest advocate whenever and wherever i meet pet owners and visit vet clinics. We have introduced several practices to Embrace and to offering their clients the opportunity to enroll with Embrace. Thanks to all the wonderful staff we have encountered at EMBRACE under some of the most horrid times for us and our furry family, a terrible situation always had a good side to it. The staff involved with each claim email and call to inquire on pets' progress and whether they can be of additional assistance in our time of need. Cost of monthly insurance premium few dollars but pice of mind PRICELESS!!! I generally do not write reviews but feel it is very necessary in this company's case.

Typical Insurance

This company is SO busy that it takes months for them to process a claim. I guessing they have a staff of one for it to take so long! Also, everything falls under "pre-existing" condition so that the claim is refused. It's garbage. I'm extremely disappointed in this pet insurance. Apparently, I don't have a "Cadillac" plan that covers every single claim.

great company!

We've used Embrace for a year now for our 3 cats -- and highly recommend them. Our claims are covered quickly and completely and the communication with customer service is top notch. Terrific job; keep up the good work!
