STAY AWAY FROM EMBRACE ! They do not pay the claims!
Embrace will look for an excuse to not to pay the claims. In my case I submitted a claim in June3rd 2024, they claimed that they needed the medical records, which i submitted to be accepted as a client, and they indicated they did not received the medical records. Actually I have verbal confirmation they received those medical records and they did not hanged the hold on my claims. Complete Incompetence. I strongly suggest to go to Nationwide Pet Insurance.
