Quick and helpful support team
We have a cat with some pre-existing conditions. After a regular annual check-up, as usual, we submitted a claim. Initially, the claim was rejected because one of the items in the invoice was related to the preexisting conditions, despite explicitly mentioning that items associated with the pre-existing conditions are not included in the claim amount. However, after the appeal call the claim was quickly re-checked and was properly attributed to the wellness rewards. And by "quickly" I mean that it was rechecked in 2 days, while the initial review took almost 2 weeks.
So the overall experience is good - minus for the lack of attention on the initial review, plus for the quick and helpful support team and quick re-check.
