Easy to submit, sometimes slow to approve
My dog came with her Embrace insurance from the previous owner - the transfer was easy, and when we had an emergency almost immediately it was so easy to submit everything for reimbursement. Every person I've spoken to on the phone when I had questions has been able to answer them, or been able to easily find the answer for me. The reimbursement process has been a little slower than the company I use for my cats, but I'm fortunate to not need it to be done immediately. Some of them have been approved in 1-2 days, while some of the larger expenses have taken 7-10 days. My only complaint is that the app never works to submit claims - I can always view the claims after they've been approved but every time I try to submit one the app crashes so I just do it all in an actual computer browser now.
