Wonderful

For the second time in 3 years our boerboel tore her acl. First the back right now the back left. Aspca insurance paid the 90% of a very big bill in less than a week, no questions asked. They have been great and really helped with a very stressful situation. I would recommend 10 out of 10 times and I have to family and friends.

Shadow

ASPCA is wonderful!! My Shadow has been getting ultrasounds, biopsies, etc. ASPCA has been awesome and has not taken long at all to process my claims. I’m so grateful for them! I would and have recommended them!!

Be sure to read your policies…

Be sure to read your policies carefully. You are most likely better off just putting your monthly payment in a savings account than purchasing this insurance.

SPCA is the worst pet insurance company…

SPCA is the worst pet insurance company on the planet. DO NOT USE SPCA!!!! I purchased a policy for my dog, and one day before the gap was over, my dog got sick. SPCA pet insurance will purposely mislead you and decline every vet bill you submit. Stay away from SPCA insurance.

I thought Figo was bad

I thought Figo was bad. This crappy insurance is what I can afford but man are they crap. I have submitted the information for my 1 claim and my vets have too and they keep asking for the same information over and over. Processing for claims is over 2 weeks. You can't even get a supervisor to assist with this. I would not buy this insurance if you can afford another. ASPCA will get a bad rep from here.
