VETERINARIAN: Animal Health Services

Worth the money

I have a cat and dog, both fully covered. Recently I took in a stray cat. After taking her immediately to my vet for a check up and vaccinations, it was determined that she is approximately 7 years old and had several broken and abcessed teeth and would need periodontal surgery. I submitted the claim and within 10 days received the 90% reimbursement. I am so appreciative for the insurance because it allows me to be sure my pets can be treated when needed. My dog who was a rescue has had several medical problems and I have had the same great service for her.

Difficult to get the claims

Difficult to get the claims. The vet sent the documents they need several times and still they don’t get them.

ASPCA killed my dog

Run away from ASPCA pet insurance. Many other pet insurance companies have better ethical standards, not the ASPCA. I was forced to have my pet put down because this terrible company decided they did not want to pay for anything. I have no idea how this company has good reviews because even the vet did not recommend this company.

I need to cancel Josies insurance

I need to cancel Josies insurance. It is not worth my money. Since it really doesn't cover the expensive things for Josie, like, spaying. It is not a good program for my puppy.
