waste of money, barely covers anything
Just like other insurance companies... ASPCA barely covers anything. Preventative care is a waste of money as well. They give you pennies for vaccines and don't even cover the total cost of exams. The monthly premium isn't worth it. Better to just save that money and put it towards the future vet bills.
I have claims that were denied because of preexisting conditions. I have NEVER taken my pet in for what they describe as a preexisting condition. To make matters even more frustrating YOU have to contact a separate entity and file a complaint.
Seriously, just avoid ASPCA insurance and save up some money every month instead of paying for a plan that will barely cover anything and if it does you'll get pennies.
