ASPCA

I have been with ASPCA for a while. I really like the 100 dedcutable per YEAR and not incident. HOWEVER, I recently found out that if my dog got diabetes on June 30 (my renewal is July 1) she would be covered for that one day only. I thought she would be covered for the entire year. I a have been looking at other insurances and so far..... Pet Plan might be good.

My crazy girl and her borther

My baby girl Kira attacked her littler mate rother, Rocky. They do play rough sometimes but this was all out fight. Sweet Rocky defended himself but did not inflict any wound to Kira. We had to take Rocky to the vet for stiches. Bills weren't huge, but we are already feeling bad about dog fight, Rocky's wound and cost of vet bill. I was actully not sure if dog fight was covered, so I called ASPCA insurance. Operator was really nice, and claim process was simple. Before I had to pay credit card bill, I received a check from them,

Ecellent Customer Services

I have a 10 year Old English Sheep dog, name Gurt, she has a lump on her face and thank goodness it is not cancer. They removed the lump in surgery and then she had blood in her stool, good thing it was only stress from the surgery. Gurt is doing great and ASPCA was excellent. I never had Health insurance for her, it was a relief with all that happen in a short amoutn of time, received checks in a timely manner, they even checked up on Gurt. Thank you ASPCA for taking older dogs. Customer Service was excellent as well with question I had concerning my claim forms.

Lovin' ASPCA pet insurance!

I have a 1.5 year old corgi mix, Olive, who in the past year has had three incidents that had me taking her to an emergency vet on a Sunday afternoon. These incidents ranged from abcesses, eye infection, diarrhea and things of that nature. I felt a bit guilty for having to file three claims in such a short time, but was so greatful to have this insurance. ASPCA's people who I talked to several times on the phone in each of these incidents were always terrific. I love that they always seemed genuinely concerned for how Olive was doing. Actually, there is never a need to HAVE to talk to anyone on the phone. Their process for filing is very easy. The turnaround for receiving reimbursements is fairly prompt. I was able to track the paperwork via the internet also. Again, just a very smooth process with some caring and capable people just a phone call away.

So glad I chose to make this investment!

As economic times got tough, my employer cut hours and wages. My dog, Gustavo, has always been very healthy, but was getting older. I did not know how I would be able to pay for major veterinary expenses with the money I was making. I had tried once before to insure Gustavo, but was told by that insurance provider that my dog was too old. Applying for insurance ASPCA was a quick and hassle free process, and they insured my dog at 10 years of age. I have since filed two claims, one for a tail injury, and the other for a check up when Gustavo seemed lethargic. Each time I called for assistance or had questions, I was connected to a very knowledgeable, patient and sweet pet insurance agent, who answered all of my questions. Both claims were processed in a timely manner. I do not know how I could have afforded these two vet bills had it not been for the assistance of the ASPCA Pet Insurance. It has proven to be an excellent decision.
