Worth EVERY Penny Spent

My domestic short hair kitty "Sis"(16 yrs old) had some unexpected problems back in October & November 2010 with her balance, she all the sudden one evening could not stand up or walk and her heart rate was racing, I thought she was having a stroke or something, I rushed her to my vet, they checked her over and sent me home with no anwsers, I went to a different vet for a second opinion, after a thorough check up and blood work the vet stated that she had a lot of build up of wax in her ears and thought that was the problem, I scheduled her for surgery to do a thorough cleaning deep in the ear, Sis stopped breathing and they revived her and said that she just was not a spring chicken anymore and that it was not safe to ever put her under again, so we tried antibiotics and ear drops, she has learned to adapt and lives a perfectly normal life now. If it was not for the ASPCA Pet Insurance, I really don't know what I would have done, I paid my deductable of $100.00 and I have been reimbursed anywhere from 75-80% of what I put out of pocket after my deductable. I have 2 other cats as well and I have them insured too incase I ever run into any problems with them in the future. Pet Insurance also reimbursed me for the s

A Good Buy.

Our dog Bailey has had to go to the vet 3 times this year. Unfortunately, they were not for preventative care. He developed 2 ear infections and a respiratory infection. Each time we submitted claims, the process was very easy.. We had prompt aknowlegement of receipt of the claim and very fast pay out. We have broken eaven on the premiums even with out having a real serious injury. I would definitely recommend the ASPCA pet insurance.

Open and honest as well as keeping you informed

ASPCA insurance has been keeping me informed about the claims I submit including what services and supplies are covered and not covered. The turnaround for claims to payments are always sent to me and this information is very much appreciated. Thank you from our dog, Ilio, and me.Susan Carman
