Unfortunately under insured.
I have two cats insured with ASPCA. I am satisfied with the response to the claims that I have submitted for them.I have a membership with this organization and totally support your work.
My cat, Rudy has been diagnosed with high grade Lymphoma about a year ago. Unfortunately, I did not have enough insurance on him at that time. I did receive a check for the limit of his coverage ($1500)for this occurance.
Since then I have had expenses exceeding $10,000.
I know that this is my responsibility for not having him insured enough, and do not hold this against ASPCA insurance. I only wish that there was an option during this illness. It is a difficult financial situation to be in, but he is doing well and as I'm sure that you realize Rudy's health and comfort are what really matters.
