This company was recommended to me as a great pet insurance for cats with preexisting conditions. Not only did they never give me my account number so that I could make a member portal, their customer service never replied to me when I asked them for it, when I saw that they do not accept coverage for peeexisting conditions, or when I asked for refund.

I liked the options for additional wellness and care that was available. The website was easy to navigate and the option to add the app was clear. Seems like sending in a claim will be easy as well.

Easy claim process. Dead Slow reimbursement!

Easy to submit claims! However…….. I hope you’re not expecting a quick reimbursement process! I’d consider 7-10 business days to be a normal wait time. I’ve filed 4 claims in the last 5 months. First one took a combined total of 2 months. Second took 3 weeks. Third and fourth took 4 weeks! Again….. Easy claim process. I’m not strapped for cash by any means either. Just extremely frustrating to know you pay for insurance and it takes that long to get a benefit you’ve paid for. And don’t expect any decent information through email. Best to call in and try to speak with someone.
