Eva Marie's Insurance Coverage Pays Off

Eva Marie, 3 year old Boston Terrier, almost passed away from an unknown illness which the Vet gave her every test in the book to narrow it down. Had to leave her with the animal hospital for 36 hours of constant care. This is an extremely active dog who suddenly was lethargic and couldn't even stand up. But, she suddenly started to improve and is completely well. Receipts sent to ASPCA for over almost $800 and received the correct payment of approximately $475 in about 3 weeks.

My Ilsa and Her Insurance Coverage

I have had pet insurance with you since I got my German Shorthaired Pointer, Ilsa. She was only 8 weeks old when we bought her, but I wanted her to be completely covered in case of any unexpected occurances. Only 2 months later she was attacked by another dog and needed emergency surgery for an abcess in her leg from a dog bite wound. Thankfully the claim was covered by the pet insurance and most of the bills were re-imbursed to me in an appropriate amount of time. I know that Ilsa is in the best hands as far as her medical care goes.

Satisfied customer

Excellent service--reviewing claims takes a little too long, but I am very happy with the insurance and feel very confident that it is there for the long run.

Claim process was quick

I very much appreciated the claims process for my cat Jasmine's recent vet visit. After almost 2 years of paying premiums each month, I needed to take her in for more than a routine exam. The vet drew blood, which usually I put off because of the high cost. In this case, I proceeded, trusting that I could claim it here. I did, and within a couple of weeks, I had my check, less the deductible and my 20% co-insurance. It was still a real help, and as my cat ages, I am grateful that it will be available for her. I wish my other older cat could benefit, but I waited too late to sign her up and she was ineligible. Thanks!
