The BEST Pet Insurance with the BEST associates!

We have had ASPCA Pet Insurance now for over 3 years and have been so satisfied with the service we have been given! Our first Dachshund Marco was adopted from Florida Dachshund Rescue at 7 years old. Unfortunately at 9 he was diagnosed with liver cancer and ASPCA was there with us during this difficult time and handled our claims in a very timely manner and even when he passed away all those expenses were covered and we even got a personalized card from them expressing their sympathy. That meant so much to us! We now have a 4-year old Dachshund named Happy from FLDR and have new joy in our lives with him and with the higher coverage we even get back some of the money we spend on his maintenance meds for flea and heart-worm protection and other meds he is taking. The response back to us for our claims is very quick and if we have any questions at all we can call and speak with a representative who has always been kind and understanding and knowledgeable about our plan. We are so grateful to have ASPCA Pet Insurance and recommend it highly to anyone that has a pet! Thank You!

Pet health is costly if you don't have insurance.

Having peace of mind, in the event of a catastrophic illness is paramount to protecting our one year old Maltese. Your policy insures our costs to be reasonable, if he is ever taken ill. So far, he's very healthy, and we're grateful.

glad we had it but not as complete as i hoped

My dog, Marty, was hit by a car. Fortunately he did survive and did not break any bones, but he was scraped up and was in a considerable amount of pain. we were doubly concerned because he has addisons disease, in which stressful situations could put him into a crisis. We are happy we had aspca health insurance accident plan. It is definitely the best priced plan, we have shopped around. The claim was handled well and we got a check about a month later. I was disappointed when the amount came because after the deductible and the "allowed amount" it was only half of the $981 bill. I was expecting only $100 less our deductible. I didn't think pet insurance was like human health insurance and has an "allowed amount" for everything.

They do what they say they will.

They have called about Dakota one of my Border Collies that was having issues with her legs, just to see how she was doing.I was surprised I did not expect that. They have not given me any thing to complained about, but you should know that it does take several weeks to get reimbursed it will most likely will not come before you credit card statement comes.

After several years of paying premiums I had to make a claim ... it was well worth it. The full cost of treatment would have been a real hardship but knowing i had coverage made it possible to get quality treatment for my wonderful cat Alaska. I have coverage for all of my cats and my one dog. And I picked up coverage for my daughters cat!
