Fixed Income- 2 Dogs-Ins is a great safety net

My older dog developed a skin infection after I had my rugs cleaned. This was her second bout of allergic dermatits which got infected. Each time the bills were handled efficiently by ASPCA Insurance. My experience with calling them:1)Great to speak with a person who is polite, understanding, and knowledgeable.2)FAXing the EASY claim allows you to keep the originals and following progress on Internet very comforting.3)Information sharing is a plus, they keep you informed along the way.4)Payments are prompt.

ASPCA has always been good to me

I have had ASPCA insurance for about 3 years now and they have always reimbursed me for the items listed in my policy. My 2 1/2 yr old dog has had issues with Urinary track infections and they have always reimbursed me in a timely fashion. It is really a great sense of security having insurance for if something terrible happens. Hopefully that will never happen.

Thank goodness for pet insurance!

We have had PetsHealth insurance for the past 3 of our dogs, fortunate for us the 1st one did not need to use it except for routine preventative, our other 2 were another story. How thankful we were to have insurance to help cover the cost of things that can happen to our beloved pets! We are true believers in Pet Health Insurance and love the customer service we receive from Petshealth.

Got back $1400.00!!! From ASPCA pet insurance

I bought the insurance 2 years ago knowing my Newfoundlands were prone to leg/ hip injuries. Fortunately, Onyx cooperated and didn't blow his ACL until after the required year without a leg problem, and I was able to get back one third of his vet bill. There is a 60% chance he will blow the other ACL, and if he waits until 180 days from the first injury, I might even get reimbursed a third for that as well! The customer service people were very helpful and when I didn't understand some of the complicated policy limitations, the customer service supervisor was super nice and made everything clear to me. I received my reimbursement within a month of submission. I am glad I have pet insurance with ASPCA
