Thankful for our pet insurance

We are new to pet insurance and purchased ASPCA after bringing our bulldog puppy home in April 2013...I am so thankful! Our puppy decided to turn over his food bin and engulf 3 pounds of food! He bought himself an IV with fluids, x-ray, induced vomiting, and an overnight stay in the critter ER! ASPCA helped to offset the cost and our claim was processed in a very timely manner. I was also pleased to learn that our 2 older dogs (Griffin-12.5 and Mena-11) were still able to be insured. We now have insurance on all our pups and wish I had done the homework sooner to learn more about pet insurance! Will never be without it again!

three days of torture

Apparently my pet Dexter ate something (not sure what) and started vomiting for hours off and on every l5 to 20 mins. You could tell he was in pain. Took him to vet and they did an x-ray which revealed a possible foreign body and said he needed an ultrasound, and they were closing and could not do an ultrasound there, and substitute vet sent me to another place for tests and ultrasound. There was definitely inflammation and a possible foreign body which showed up. Subsequent, all seemed to start to clear and after a few days on a bland diet, Dexter was fine again and back to his old self. It was so nice to have the Pet Insurance at a time like this and it really helped a lot. Dexter has been fine since and enjoying himself. We both thank you for being there for us when we needed to help with these bills. Thanks again.

Very Happy with ASPCA

I added the wellness care to my plan and am so happy with the quick turn around on my claims for the all the care a new puppy needs. I have only had the insurance for a couple of months, but if all future claims are handled as quickly I will be totally thrilled.I have submitted only one claim for an infection he got in his eye. I have not seen the check yet but I did receive and e-mail saying the claim had been received.

Thank you

My beloved cat Tut was 18 years old when he passed away. I adopted him when he was about 2. It was truly love at first sight, he always made me laugh and healed me when I was sick. We were best friends and I have a huge hole in my heart since he's been gone. During his life he had several illnesses and I was so glad to have had ASPCA Pet Insurance. They have been wonderful and I highly recommend their services to anyone with a pet. Whenever I needed to call they could not have been nicer. Claims were taken care of in a timely manner and I have nothing but the best things to say about them.
