definitly worth it.

I have had 2 dogs covered with ASPCA and I am glad I did.Without going into a lot of detail, I have received more than I have paid in. I hope they can afford to keep their prices affordable.

i'm happy i decided to get insurance for my Boomer

it turned out my Boomer had a herniated disk which was causing unbearable pain when moving. his vet tried to find out what the issue was and could not, for obvious reasons. he suggested a neurologist (Southeast Vet. Neurology, in Miami, FL) and that was a God sent. after an MRI, the issue was found, the same day he was operated on, and after 2 weeks at the clinic, he has been fine again. still has to recover another month, but he is fine. ASPCA insurance reviewed the expenses and reimbursed me real fast, no issues, no problems. I highly recommend having insurance, especially ASPCA.thank you for your help and support.

Puppy insurance is a good idea.

After our 4 month old Sheltie puppy moved a box of mouse poison in the garage and had an expensive trip to the Emergency Vet Center on a weekend for preventive treatment, we decided to buy pet accident/illness insurance for her. I am now glad we did. About 2 months ago she began limping and, after extensive and expensive tests, our vet is still uncertain what is wrong with her. It has been great to have pet insurance to reimburse our expenses for her. I am happy with the service we've received so far for our young dog. My chief complaint is that the insurance company uses a "reasonable and customary charge" limit to calculate payment of claims. This information is not accessible to customers or pet professionals so submitting claims is kind of a shot in the dark as far as anticipated reimbursement. We have not always had our claims paid as we thought they should be because of this. I think pet owners should carefully research insurance companies and policies before deciding to purchase coverage for their pets.

Great Support for my dog!

We have had ASPCA pet insurance from the first day our puppy came home and it has been great. Each time we needed to have expensive and extensive care for her we would file our claim and within a couple of weeks our insurance had processed the claim and sent the reimbursement check - great service and support for our Bobbin!
