Very Thankful for ASPCA Insurance

I studied several plans and decided on ASPCA. I have had it for about 2 years on my IG/Boston Terrier dogs. Sofia needed her insurance benefits right away, and Gianna has never used his. I feel the price is right, the service quick, and the people so caring. I will continue to use this service for my dog's entire lives.

Would never own a pet without insurance!

We had ASPCA pet insurance on our last dog. We found out how important it was to have insurance. So when we got our next dog we knew right away to sign up. Again it has been a blessing to have as our new guy gets worked up for allergies. And then you have those instance where young dogs like to put things in their mouth that they shouldn't....so taking him to get checked out was an easy decision knowing we had pet insurance to help cover the costs.

Read the Fine Print

Be sure to read the fine print when signing up for an ASPCA plan. My dog had to have major ligament surgery ligament surgery 8 months after we registered her with ASPCA and, to our surprise, they don't cover major surgeries like this until TWELVE months after initial coverage begins. Some reviewers referenced the peace of mind that ASPCA provided. Well, ours was ripped out from underneath us when we found out that our quarterly payment of $225 to ASPCA gave us zero safety net for this type of injury. Now we are down the full $3300 surgery plus the $1000 per year we pay ASPCA. Thanks for nothing.

So Grateful

My 7.5 yr old Yorkie developed quite a few ailments since he was 2 years old. He had to have a liver shunt, developed diabeties and 4 attacks of pancreatitis. The last bout was his last. ASPCA was there for me everytime he was hospalized(which was 3 to 4 days each time). They were very helpful when I called and so kind. They would call and ask how he was feeling. Last month I lost my friend and they were so kind and such a comfort. The sense of security I had in being able to pay for his care was worth every claim I submitted. I appreciate everyone at ASPCA for their timeliness in processing the claims and their support. I would recommend this to all pet owners.
