Excellent Pet Insurance

I am very happy that I have pet insurance through ASPCA. I have a 2 yr old, male, mix breed that has very sensitive skin and a very fragile body. He has been through a lot, from a broken leg to inhaling toxins which caused tremors. Through all of the various problems, I am extremely happy that I had ASPCA. The representative are very friendly and understanding and the overall service that ASPCA provides is outstanding.

Urgent treatment COVERED!!!!

My remarkably healthy service dog Cali was found to have a mass cell tumor at her yearly vet appointment. Within a week she had seen a specialist and was set for major surgery. The surgery was a success and she is now cancer free. Everything that ASPCA said they would cover the did in a prompt and cordial way. I received phone calls to check on her from the company. I spoke with caring customer service individuals, who made me feel like a member of their family. I was very impressed with the whole process from beginning to end. It was a stressful situation made much easier by ASPCA Pet Insurance. Thank You.

A loyal customer

I've had this insurance for my Rott/Shepherd mix for 5 years now. As a younger dog he was always eating something or getting into trouble somehow and we definitely got our money's worth. Now as a "senior", he is having more health issues and again, the insurance is paying for itself.

They came through for us

We've had ASPCA insurance for our two greyhounds for a few years now, and had submitted claims a few times before, but unfortunately those claims weren't classified as accidents or injuries (we just have the basic level of protection) and we didn't qualify for any reimbursement. In June though, one of our greyhounds had to have emergency surgery for an intestinal blockage, and then follow up treatment when he was bleeding internally. In the end he came through okay, but the bill was certainly pretty high. The vet's office was pretty skeptical about us getting anything back, but I submitted our claim anyway (it's a really easy process, and worth the time), and I'm certainly glad we did! The max refund per incident was only about half of the total amount we had to pay to the vet, but we were extremely glad to get that back! These days everyone is very skeptical about ever seeing any refunds from any kind of insurance company, but I can definitely say now that when accidents happen to your pets, it is more than worth it to have ASPCA Insurance coverage! The claim process is easy and quick, and they let you know about the decision of your claim pretty quickly, and best of all send out that check right away.

Thank you

our Harley was diagnosed with cancer in Jan 2013 and was not given much time. It is 7.5 months later and ASPCA has been with us the entire time. they have paid our claims in a timely manner to help with the financial burden of taking care of our baby. They have also called us several times just to check on him. John at ASPCA has been the BEST.
