Good experience so far

I have had a very good experience with ASPCA Pet Insurance so far. I have made two claims, each of which was processed quickly. The statements clearly identified which items were covered and which were not covered and why, and the reimbursement amounts that I received were in line with my expectations.

My other child Gemma

Our boxer Gemma was found on a routine exam to have cardiomyopathy .She needed an ultrasound,a halter monitor, medication and soon after developed an infected anal gland (which took 3 visits as It was very stubborn.my claims (thank God) were paid and I was able to catch up on my other bills. Very happy Gemma has insurance, and the people on the phone were very nice and compassionate.the only improvement would be to Move things along faster . I'm very very happy that's our beautiful boxer is insured!

Thanks again

Our Cockapoo Tevye jumped off the bed and hurt his front paw and started limping around. I took him right to the Vet as this was unusual behavior for our 10 year old champion runner, jumper, and all-around Super-Dog. After examination the Vet said it was a sprain and nothing was broken or "out-of-place." Pain meds and anti-inflamitory meds were given. A claim was submitted and a check was sent. Thanks again. It is nice to know that Tevye is "covered" for what ailes him.

Great Experience So Far

My pet was adopted at age 2, I have had this insurance since, starting in 2005. I have submitted about 8 to 10 claims and I have not had any arguments or issues regarding coverage on any of them. An example of a claim is one I put in for around $1,000 I got back $600.00. I had to pay the $250.00 deductible, then they cover 80% (based on my plan), I pay $28.00 a month. I have increased my coverage as she has gotten older. They don't cover nail clippings, grooming or heartworm and flea.

A company that cares about you and your pet

I was already very happy with ASPCA insurance due to fair reimbursements in a timely manner. Then, I lost my dog to cancer. When I submitted the claims and requested cancellation of policy, I received two very nice cards and a phone call AND an email expressing sympathy. I was so impressed. Everything was processed smoothly for that last claim. I feel like there are real people who love animals there....CPU Don't recommend more highly.
